Project Director

We are have a packed events schedule coming up and are looking for a Project Director to come in and head up the events delivery team. You will probably have loads of experience at Senior Project Manager level and are now looking for the next step up to run the team.

You would work across all of our experiential marketing including automotive and Guinness World Records events. You role would be to work along side the Account Directors to prepare pitches, win them, the work with the project management team to deliver the events.

Can you take the brief from the client and deliver a live event that blows them away?

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Work with the Account Director to develop a solution to the brief & prepare the pitch
  • Cost the project
  • Manage project team and their workload, with overall responsibility to ensure all milestones are met
  • Recruit and manage suppliers and freelancers where needed
  • Take responsibility for all H&S and ensure smooth delivery of the event

You will need proven experience of all of the above across a wide range for events for example roadshows, conferences and public events. You will need to have a good set of trusted suppliers that you can also bring to the party, and be prepared to muck in to get the job done.

A bit about us:

We are an events agency in Central London, last year we won awards for Creative Event and Product launch of the year. We kicked off this year by announcing our partnership with Guinness World Records as their official event partners.

Salary:
£40K + Bonus
