Virgin Media
When Virgin Media wanted to improve the team work amongst a group of managers in a relaxed environment, Ian organised a full day of activities that promoted team building values and ensured the group got to know each other.
As the group were based in Newcastle, Ian booked them into Northumberland’s premier 4 star hotel which stands in 1,000 acres of stunning parkland. After a morning meeting, the group took part in a bespoke recreation of the 90’s TV classic Crystal Maze Challenge in the hotel’s grounds. The group undertook skill based, physical and mental challenges testing their teamwork abilities. Following dinner the group spent the evening collecting clues to solve a murder mystery. After such an action packed day, everyone retired to their rooms reflecting on what a success the event had been.
